Here's the
StrongBack with the forms set in position. The Stem and Stern forms
haven't been put in place yet.

Here's the
StrongBack again, but with the Cedar and Redwood laid out. The Cedar
has all been cut to strips just thicker than 1/4". The Redwood hasn't
been cut yet. When I bought the wood, I didn't notice the huge color
difference between the dark cedar board and the two lighter ones.

Here's the stem
being bent on the form. The inner stems are made from Cedar, the outer
stems from Ash.

Here's the first
temporary strip in place going around the bow.

I know, blurry pic,
but it was the only one of the inlay before it was put on the boat. I'd
like to think my boat building skills are better than my photography.

Here's the inlay
that's used on the bow and stern. These are put pointing toward the
nearest end of the boat and about 4 feet from the center inlay.
